PRICES, TERMS and DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in US Dollars and represent MSRP. Product availability is typically two weeks from date of order, except in cases of unpredicted demand or in cases where a pattern is not yet available (marked with*). Terms are NET 30 days from date of invoice. Payment must be received on the 30th day in our Office on or before that date to not be considered late. Late payments are subject to a 2% service charge in every month payment is not received.
Checks received 10 days after invoice date will receive a 2% discount. 2% discount not applicable on credit card orders.
Standard discount is 20% off retails posted on the website. No discount on clearance items or covers.
OPEN ACCOUNT STATUS
All dealers not in good standing (past due) will be required to pre-pay all past due invoices and be required to make a prepayment for any new orders until such time that a track record is establish to go back onto a term type format. New accounts are welcome subject to our credit application which includes credit references and bank information. Contact representative for credit application.
In an effort to assist our dealers, Cover My Tractor will provide pricing support where volume is needed. Contact your Cover My Tractor representative to gain assistance in this matter. Ten (10) or more is considered volume for tractor sunshade canopies.
Cabs, Covers, Canopies FOB Jacksonville, Florida. Accessories come from various locations. Dealer is responsible for freight costs and product inspection prior to signing receipt.
Any warranty work must first receive authorization prior to performing work. RMA will be issued prior to any returned goods. Cover My Tractor reserves the right to replace or repair defective parts at its own discretion and will not credit customers for replacements or repairs that have not received prior authorization. Please have order number available when calling. Our warranty is posted on our website.
Authorization is required prior to returning any product, an RMA will be issued to accompany all returned goods. A 20% restocking charge will be accessed on all incorrect placed orders or for buyer remorse. All products must be received like new when returned in same packaging. Freight prepaid by sender and original freight and processing fees will be deducted from original order amount.
DEFECTIVE GOODS or FIT
We stand behind our products for quality and craftsmanship, material and fit issues. A full credit will be issued if Cover My Tractor cannot resolve issues associated to craftsmanship, materials or fit. A RMA will be issued prior to any return. We ask that Cover My Tractor representative be contacted prior to any modifications or modifications will not be covered.
CLAIMS OF DAMAGE or MISSING PARTS
Products that are shipped regular truck load (LTL) must be inspected upon receipt and refused if any damage is noticed. UPS or FEDEX packages must be inspected and Cover My Tractor notified within one week of receipt of goods for any damage or missing parts.
When ordering, dealer must supply year, make and model of tractor and any other specific measurements that are needed. Dimensions will be verified against the patterns ensuring that no modifications from original equipment have occurred. Any specific tractor options must be supplied as requested in each section of this catalog.
Orders may be paid using Discover, Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Please have credit card available at time of order. We will need billing address, card number, expiration date, CVV2 number and name as it appears on the credit card.
